'Never ever allow anyone to tell you that you are no good, that you can't do something.......it should awaken you completely and then you need to go about achieving it with undivided attention..............you have to prove your own self...and no one else.' Believe. Believe and you can achieve.

Purpose

" Am I dead." Our dear friend, exclaimed. Why do I feel so? I get up every day, go about my chores. Everything is just a ritual, even talking to others is such an effort. I fix a smile when required, nod my head, as a response, even share a coffee with my colleagues.
What is happening to me?
Well, many of us go through this phase at some point of our lives. So we need to shake ourselves up, first and foremost, at least for a day, change our monotonous routine,  take a holiday and do what you wanted to do, could be a health spa treatment, a new hair cut, meet a friend, or to get a tattoo, if that doesn't appeal to you, then take out sometime and be with the needy, visit an NGO, see how they work to help others. Anything else from the routine, remember to switch your phone off.

We have to always remember that we need to have a purpose for our life, if that is missing then the vigor, happiness, health all get affected. Our experiences teach us many things, would be sharing an instance where I realized  whatever 'so'- called problem I was having, was nothing compared to the other's despair.
Wake up from the lethargy, look around, see things every day with a new eye.....

Shape Our Existence: The 'Why'?

The 'Why'?

" I exist." I need to at times remind myself that I do. Why?
I wake up every morning and go about my daily chores, like the clock ticking, like an automation. I have to eat, I have to go to work, I have to attend seminars, I have to sit with my laptop and so on and so forth.

For crying out loud, I am honored with more work and I will still look up to my boss to compliment me for the work I did and  am supposed to do, for which I am being paid for. I will add 2+2 and make it 100. I am really good at it, in my head I keep adding and multiplying and never subtracting all such thoughts which keep telling me that I am no good or that I am much better than my superior and he is a misfit but fortune is shining on him and not favoring me at all. To top it all I sit with my colleagues and further brag about how good I am and how bad the boss is and keep asking " Why"?

It's time to get up in our mind, situations may be different or similar with each one of us, what we need to do is to constantly churn our thoughts and see that crystal clear thought which has come up........it's as simple as that and follow it. What is stopping you from doing what you want?
